Matthew Suff

Matt Suff, a graduate of Christ’s College (Cambridge University), Warwick University and Central European University (Budapest, Hungary), has taught in various universities and language schools since 1991, in France, Greece, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Macedonia, Poland and Hungary.  He has also worked for various teaching and academic concerns in Croatia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Georgia, Armenia and Iran. He is also an editor, having worked on various texts on Central European history (with an emphasis on theology, mediaeval and Renaissance history, the Shoah and the 1956 Hungarian Revolution). His academic interests include pragmatics, semiotics, ontology, hauntology, psychogeography, sociology and anthropology, and all aspects of the Gothic.
