Gabriel Morin

Dr Gabriel Morin is professor and lecturer of leader and leadership development. His research explores this field with originality through art, history, sport, armed forces and organizations to enlighten the meaning. After a career of 18 years at KPMG Paris, including 7 years as a partner, he made a PhD at Paris Panthéon-Assas University. His thesis, which focuses on the making of a leader and of leadership, has been awarded the Laureate by IHEDN (Institute of Advanced Studies in National French Defense), has won the university award (2017) and the ANDESE (National Association of Doctors of Economics and Management Sciences rewarding the best PhD supported in 2016 and 2017 in economics and management sciences in France) award (2018). Gabriel co-heads the Master in International Human Resources Management (CIFFOP) at Paris Panthéon-Assas University. He is Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Army Leadership Research Institute (The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, British Army), professor/lecturer for the French and British armies (Nato conference, “Authority & leadership chair” conference, etc.) for the MBA of security management (National Gendarmerie Officers School) for universities (Ecole Polytechnique, HEC, Pantheon-Assas, Dauphine London, Sciences-Po Paris, King's College London, Chester University, etc.). He is also CEO & founder of The Leadership Fabric, which provides executive education programs design, lectures, training (workshops), consulting (strategic diagnosis analysis) and coaching in leader & leadership development for multinationals and executive education institutions (EM Lyon, Dauphine, IFG, etc.)
