Charles du Cuëdic de Kerérant

Charles teaches Introduction to Private Law at Dauphine London, and French and English Business Law to Master Students at the Université de Strasbourg. He is also a PhD candidate working Comparative English and French Contract Law. 

He holds degree in French and English Law from the Universities of Leicester and Strasbourg, a Master in Business Law (DJCE) and an LL.M in Legal Practice / LPC. 
 
During his studies, Charles has been involved in a large number of societies and student representative functions. He is still involved in many organisations, is the General Secretary of the Franco-British Lawyers Society www.fbls.eu and sits and the Alumni Committee of the University of Leicester. 
 
He has organised various colloquiums, on classic topics such as contract law or trust law (with ANDJCE: www.andjce.com & Université Lyon 2), more topical ones such as Franco-British Maritime Law (with the FBLS www.fbls.eu, the Royal Navy and la Marine National) or while using an original format “Droit et fiction” (with his research unit UMR 7354 DRES Université de Strasbourg & CNRS www.dres.misha.cnrs.fr et MédiaDroit www.mediadroit.fr/droitetfiction).
